How do I place an order online?

Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
Yes, we offer corporate and bulk order options. Please contact us for more information and special pricing.
Can I order flowers to be delivered today?
Absolutely yes. We do offer the option of same-day delivery of products subject to availability.
Cut-off time for same day deliveries is:
10am (Monday to Friday) or
9am (Saturday)
Terms and conditions apply. Same day deliveries may be affected over big days such as Valentines Day and Mothers’ Day.
Can I customise a floral arrangement order?
Absolutely! We offer customisation options for many of our arrangements. You can select your preferred flowers, colours, and vase style to create a unique arrangement. Please contact us to arrange.
What is your delivery process?
If we arrive at the delivery address and there is no doorbell / intercom, and nobody appears to be home, our driver will call the recipient number provided to find a solution.
Should the recipient not answer, we will contact the sender to get permission to locate a neighbour, colleague or receptionist who is able to accept the delivery on their behalf.
If the delivery address is within a residential estate and the recipient is not home, we can request to leave the product with security. Please note, not all estates accept deliveries at security, and do not necessarily have vases on hand to store fresh cut bouquets.
If there is no way to complete the delivery, we will get in contact with the sender again to try and make alternative arrangements as soon as possible.
Will my flowers arrive open?
We buy the freshest possible flowers. In most cases, that means the flowers are still in bud or closed state. This is to maximize vase life. We do not open flowers in our shop, including lilies. Please get in touch with our team should you have questions regarding typical blooming phases of specific flowers. We would recommend ordering your flowers well in advance, to ensure that they are in prime condition for your intended purpose.
What is your delivery area and fees?

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please note orders are final, non-refundable and can not be cancelled.
Do you offer international delivery?
Online orders: We primarily offer local deliveries. Please enquire about national delivery.
Retail offering: Our retail offering extends nationally and to Namibia. Please contact us for further information.
What happens if the recipient is not available at the delivery time?
If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour. We will also try to contact the recipient or sender to arrange an alternative delivery time should the former not be an option.
What time will my order be delivered?
Our standard delivery time is between 08:00 and 20:00. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a specific time of delivery but will try our utmost best to accommodate any specific requests you may have.
What if the recipient has allergies to certain flowers?
Some flowers can cause allergic reactions. Please be mindful of the recipient having potential allergies. Unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for allergic reactions.
Can you deliver to hospitals?
We do deliver to hospitals. We would advise adding a vase to your bouquet order, as hospitals do not provide vases. Please note most hospitals do not accept flower deliveries to patients in high care / ICU wards, but we will happily remain in contact with you should you wish to have this delivered once the patient is in a ward that accepts deliveries.

Oops! We are so sorry about your missing item. Please get in contact with us as soon as possible with your order number and the item missing from delivery. We will make this a top priority and have it sorted out as soon as possible.
